Cairns Bookkeeping & Tax Preparation Services offers a full range of bookkeeping services, specifically designed for your business requirements. Best of all we offer pickup and delivery to your location (within the Peterborough, Ontario area).
General Bookkeeping
- We provide a complete set of books
- Day-to-day entries of sales transactions, cheque or cash payouts. Recording of all assets, liabilities & expenses into the general ledger
- A monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
- Provincial sales tax and goods and services taxes will be calculated either on a monthly or quarterly basis as required
- Maintain monthly records of Account Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Cheques can be issued for Accounts Payable these will be returned to you for signature and mailing
- Financial Statements (including an accounts payable and accounts receivable statement) will be supplied monthly
- At year end - a complete printout of all transactions, a Trial Balance, a General Ledger, and statements will be provided for your records, along with a hard disc to keep for the government's required time period

- Calculation of payrolls
- Employee deductions
- Workplace Safety Insurance
- Employee health tax
- Records of employment.
- Any additional Government reports as or if required
- Preparation of T4's and summaries for year end
